Only the freshest at Red Crab Alimango House, a very traditional Filipino Restaurant serving our favorite Filipino dishes, nestled in the middle of a very modern city of Makati, in the malls of Greenbelt, antther Manila's Signature dish arises.
Crab Relleno Salad, our appetizer for the night, the relleno was fried crispy on the outside and deliciously crabby on the inside. I loved the dressing used which had a mix of mustard and a little sweetness, it was a great start to a nice dinner.
On to our main course, and was I in for a big treat, King Seafood Platter. Can you look at that!!! A combination of everything good at sea. It has tilapia, tahong (mussels), hito (catfish), prawns, clams, squid and crabs!!!! How can I possibly finish all these? It should be called King Seafood Feast. Good thing I brought with me my wife to finish this, the marinade used made the taste more enticing, cooked just right. Infusing the taste inside.
You can see just how fresh the seafood was... lucky to be in Manila, the freshest of sea foods are here.
And for dessert, Creme Brulee, yummy treats indeed.
Wow, so full, balance it with a glass of Cassillero del Diablo
