Manila's Signature Dishes take us way back, Ten Year After at the TYA bar and restaurant. I remember the days when we used to spend our weekends at Ten years after drinking the night away. With all those 80's music bringing back good memories of our teenage years.
TYA Bar and Resto, has had their share of wonderful treats and delicious food to boast of, and now they present to us their line-up for Manila's Signature Dishes for 2010
We start of with Shrimp Bisque, it has a very distinct shrimp taste unlike other shrimp bisque that I have tasted, the cream strips really made the difference, it gave more creaminess to the bisque... yummy.
The main course consisted of Bacon wrapped Tenderloin steak, topped with bleau cheese butter with a side of herbed bread pudding, what can I say about this delectable dish, Wonderful!! Deliciously delightful, the bacon gave the tenderloin steak a boost in flavor and the bleau cheese butter was the perfect blend of choiced meat and delicious flavor.
We were given Vanilla ice cream topped with cherry and cream for desert, and a swirl of chocolate syrup, a nice way to cool down and listen to great music provided only by TYA Bar and Resto.
